There is a lot of talk about exercise nowadays. It is a fact that exercises are the best thing to keep the joints healthy, the cardiovascular system active, improve balance and strength. Furthermore, exercise has been associated with the reduction of stress, depression and anxiety, enhancing the cognitive function and overall psychological wellbeing.
We offer tea, cakes and a friendly atmosphere for those wishing to socialize for an hour or two. Everyone welcome, especially people affected by memory loss.

If crafting takes your fancy, why not try out a variety of card making techniques with Jane or join Maureen Farley who holds a Foundation of Fine Arts degree and is passionate about promoting her interest being Painting / Drawing!
